We saw the easy pan fried open dumplings and had to give them a go! I did chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, red chilies, sesame oil, soy sauce and a dash of fish sauce. Our favourite sauce at the moment is hoisin but I did try crunchy 🌶️ for the first time (I was scared it would be spicy)
