why I ditched my smartwatch....
I didn’t ditch my smartwatch because it was “bad.”
I ditched it because I wanted less
•less noise
•less distraction
•less tech on my body.
A simple pedometer watch felt more aligned with how I move now: intentionally, intuitively, and without constant data or EMFs on my wrist 24/7.
Sometimes simple really is better.
