Stand in a happy spot.
Many times in the past, I saw many people, including me, scrambling to get to the point where I thought it was best, as high as I could, but when I stood at that point, I had no sense of# HappinessAgain, but I felt# Stressful # Worry # ScaredLosing both power, money, admiration, must try to hug, to heal at that point, to bind, not to let go, not to feel.# Distressed
Until there is a question in the head, if standing at this point and suffering because of holding fast, why not retreat to stand in a happier spot??
Finding a happy stand, we actually found that the happy stand is that we stand. "Light-hearted" is to not stick to the object of power, praise, only ourselves with ourselves with our breath, do not care much about anyone, just love ourselves a lot, make us happy by letting go of things or people who have been bound. This is light-hearted and light. When we go is light..... Do you understand? 🗣
หลายครั้งที่ผู้คนรวมถึงตัวเราเองก็มักพยายามดิ้นรนเพื่อขึ้นไปถึงจุดสูงสุด แต่กลับพบว่าในจุดนั้นไม่ได้นำพาความสุขที่แท้จริงมาสู่ใจ การยึดติดกับสิ่งต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นวัตถุ อำนาจ หรือคำชื่นชม กลับกลายเป็นบ่วงที่ทำให้เกิดความเครียด กังวล และกลัวการสูญเสีย สิ่งสำคัญคือการเรียนรู้ที่จะถอยออกมาและยืนในจุดที่ทำให้ใจรู้สึกเบา การมี "ความสงบ" ในจุดที่ยืนอยู่ แม้จะไม่ใช่จุดที่สูงที่สุดหรือดีที่สุดตามที่สังคมกำหนด แต่เมื่อใจเบาสบาย ไม่ยึดติด ใจก็สามารถสัมผัสได้ถึงความสุขที่แท้จริง การปล่อยวางคนหรือสิ่งของที่เคยผูกพันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสร้างความสุขแบบใจเบา เพราะสิ่งเหล่านั้นอาจทำให้เรารู้สึกผูกมัดและทุกข์ทรมานจากการยึดมั่นถือมั่น การฝึกรักตัวเองมากขึ้นและให้ความสำคัญกับการอยู่กับตัวเองและลมหายใจ ช่วยเพิ่มความสุขที่ยั่งยืนและลดความกังวล ในที่สุด การยืนในจุดที่ทำให้ใจ "เบา" คือการเลือกใช้ชีวิตโดยไม่ยึดมั่นในสิ่งที่ไม่จำเป็น และเห็นคุณค่าของตัวเองในปัจจุบัน การมีความสุขจึงไม่ได้ขึ้นอยู่กับตำแหน่งหรือสถานะ แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับความสงบและความรักตัวเองที่มีในแต่ละวัน
