Look 8 of 11 🖤✨🖤✨🖤✨🖤✨
This is what healing in real time looks like
HOLY & HOOD 💫
I had so many visions for these birthday looks. Some were light and positive, and others… honestly dark. Every time I wanted to push my own way, God said NO. So forgive me (but not really) for the delay in finishing these looks.
This wasn’t easy. I scrapped 4 pre-shot looks because the vibe turned heavy even the audio felt dark. I had to step back, reset, and realign.
This walk isn’t easy. Healing isn’t cute. But it’s REAL. And I promised myself I’d show the good and the bad judgment aside.
REMINDER: The only way to heal… is to feel.
✨ Let it hurt. Then let it out.
✨ Don’t fake strength real strength is surrender.
✨ Grieve. Cry. Feel. Release.
You can’t carry the old into the space you’re making for the new. LET. IT. GO.
As I rise, everything around me shifting my space, my energy, my voice. This page is entering a new chapter:
💫 Bold.
💫 Fearless.
💫 Unapologetically powerful.
This is more than a journey… it’s a rebirth. 🖤

Healing is often misunderstood as a linear or purely uplifting process, but in reality, it’s a complex journey filled with ups and downs. The phrase "The only way to heal… is to feel" truly captures this essence. Healing requires embracing all emotions: pain, grief, tears, and release. This authentic process cannot be rushed or glossed over with superficial positivity. Many people feel pressured to appear strong all the time, but real strength comes from surrendering to your feelings and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. This vulnerability is the foundation of true healing and transformation. It’s normal to experience setbacks or moments when the energy feels heavy — these are signs that deep internal work is happening. Releasing old wounds is essential to make space for new growth. Carrying emotional baggage from the past into new phases of life can block progress and hold you back. Letting go is an active, deliberate process that involves acknowledging pain fully, then consciously choosing to move forward. This journey is not only about personal healing but also about rising with renewed power and a bolder voice. The commitment to being "bold, fearless, unapologetically powerful" marks a rebirth — a transformation that redefines identity and how one interacts with the world. Using hashtags like #HolyandHood, #Healingoutloud, and #Queendom, the narrative aligns with a community of individuals embracing healing outwardly and proudly. This communal aspect can provide support and validation, reminding us that healing is both an individual and collective experience. In difficult times, it helps to reflect on your personal visions and goals, much like the process of scrapping earlier attempts at expression when the vibes felt too dark. Sometimes, realignment and reset are necessary steps for growth. This process requires patience and faith, sometimes even feeling guided by a higher power to redirect your energy. Ultimately, healing in real time is about being honest with yourself, respecting your emotional rhythms, and moving forward with courage and authenticity. This honest depiction helps others understand that healing isn’t always neat or pretty, but it’s deeply transformative and worth every step.
