Break Time over

I took a week off of posting because I wasn’t feeling too well and the lemon oil wasn’t a pleasant thing to start the morning with but I’m back on my health journey and wanted to show breakfast! I also had some queso fresco on the side and it made for a delicious meal! Also couldn’t forget about the fiber smoothie and my husband loved it too!

6/24 Edited to

... Read moreTaking time off when feeling unwell is essential for both physical and mental recovery, especially during a health journey. I personally found that lemon oil, though beneficial for some, wasn’t the best way to start my mornings during that period. However, returning to wholesome breakfasts has reinvigorated my routine. Incorporating queso fresco into my meal added not only a creamy texture but also protein, which helped keep me full and satisfied throughout the morning. Pairing it with a fiber smoothie boosted my digestion and overall gut health, promoting a feeling of wellness both my husband and I appreciated. Fiber-rich breakfasts can stabilize blood sugar levels and provide sustained energy, a crucial factor when focusing on health improvements. If you’re considering adding lemon oil to your morning regimen, it’s important to listen to your body and proceed gradually. Some people might find the taste overpowering or even stomach-irritating when consumed on an empty stomach. Finding enjoyable alternatives, like a fiber-packed smoothie or a balanced meal featuring fresh cheese, might be a more pleasant way to nourish yourself. Overall, taking breaks when necessary and returning with a positive mindset and balanced nutrition can significantly enhance your health journey. Sharing these experiences openly encourages mindful eating habits and reminds us that wellness is a personal and adaptable path.
