Things I started doing at home✨

5/22 Edited to

... Read moreOver time, I realized that improving my wellness and beauty didn't always require complicated routines or products. One of the first things I changed was my approach to supplements. I used to reach for vitamin gummies because they tasted great, but I learned they often contain a lot of sugar and syrups, which can be counterproductive. Switching to more complete supplements like Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin & Nails, which include biotin, antioxidants, and vitamins, made a noticeable difference in my hair and skin health. In skincare, I struggled with dry, irritated skin when using pore pads with aztec clay. After switching to gentler options like the Medicube Zero Pore Pad that contains AHA, BHA, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid, my pores appeared smaller and my skin felt less dry within a week. Another important addition was a barrier cream with ingredients like panthenol, niacinamide, and centella, which helped soothe and repair my skin’s protective layer, making it smooth and resilient. For wellness from the inside out, trying natural ways to feel refreshed had interesting effects. I found that drinking lemon balm tea gave me a surprisingly good boost; despite not exercising much, I looked healthier and more vibrant. I also incorporated Rosabella Moringa Gummies, which support sleep, joint health, and energy levels, boosting my overall well-being. Food choices matter too. Introducing clean fats like grass-fed beef tallow surprisingly helped my body feel fuller and even contributed to a more youthful appearance. Lastly, I learned that some common advice doesn’t work for everyone. For instance, dry brushing caused me itchiness and rashes, so I decided to stop and focus on what truly benefits my skin and health. These changes might seem small but adopting mindful wellness routines at home can significantly elevate your beauty and health. Listening to your body and choosing quality products over convenience made all the difference in my personal glow-up journey.
