It’s all about creating an environment where you feel comfortable to explore movement. But how do you find your 'flow' if you're used to more structured routines? My biggest tip is to start with a good playlist! Music can be a powerful motivator and can help you tap into your body's rhythm. Begin with a light warm-up – maybe some dynamic stretches, arm circles, or gentle squats to get your blood flowing. From there, just listen to your body. Do you feel like stretching deeply?
