Hidden cafe with zen Jap vibes 🫘🎍
Hidden cafe in the west
I first visited Suzuki cafe on a weekday in 2024. Tried their hojicha & matcha latte. The cafe is so aesthetic with calming Japanese vibes 🎍
Dropped by recently on a weekend in 2025, they were almost full, many families with young kids and a constant buzz of activity! :)
Got their hojicha again, even tho they are more well known for their coffee beans 🫘
Location is slightly inaccessible, but there is a nearby bus stop. Only sell drinks and snacks, ice hojicha was $9
Worth a visit if u are in the area!

If you’re curious about the Suzuki Cafe & Roastery menu, here’s a bit more based on my visits. Although the cafe primarily focuses on drinks, they offer an interesting selection beyond just coffee beans. The hojicha, a roasted green tea, comes both hot and iced, priced around $9 for the latter, delivering a smooth, earthy flavor that pairs well with their light snacks. On weekdays, the atmosphere is peaceful with a calming Japanese-inspired aesthetic, perfect for a relaxed coffee break or catching up on some work. However, weekends bring a lively crowd, especially families with children, giving the cafe a warm and bustling vibe. This contrast shows how the cafe caters well to different moods and needs. One aspect to keep in mind is that the cafe’s location is slightly tucked away in an industrial area but reachable by a nearby bus stop. If you’re planning a visit, it’s a good idea to check transit options ahead. Overall, while the menu isn't large, Suzuki Cafe & Roastery shines in quality and ambiance, making it a worthwhile spot to explore if you appreciate well-crafted hojicha, matcha lattes, or specialty coffee beans. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area and enjoy a quiet or vibrant café experience depending on the day!
