地震発生後の数日間は、私自身も心の揺れが激しかったです。特に夜中に余震があると、身体がすくみ恐怖感に襲われました。そんな時は家族で避難経路や持ち出し袋の再確認を行い、不安軽減に努めました。熊本では10年前にも大きな地震がありましたが、今回の揺れはさらに激しく感じました。私は幸い自宅に大きな被害はあ りませんでしたが、被害が深刻な地域の方々のことを考えると胸が痛みます。白川沿いの風景も普段と少し違い、地元の自然や街の安全性について改めて考える機会になりました。余震が続く中で、地域全体が安心して生活できるよう公的機関の情報をこまめに確認し、家族や近隣と連絡を取り合いながら支え合うことの重要性を感じています。地震への備えは普段から意識しているつもりでも、実際の揺れを経験すると、その必要性を強く痛感します。この体験を通じて、災害時の冷静な行動や準備の大切さを改めて共有したいと思います。余震の続く熊本で日々の暮らしを取り戻すために、一人ひとりが助け合い、前向きに進む姿勢が何より大切だと感じる毎日です。
