2025 - Year of the runner 🏃🏽😮‍💨

I started this journey with one thing in mind, be a healthy Dad to my son. I never once thought I’d be here, writing about it on a TikTok page but here we are 😅 I feel the best I have ever felt in my life and I cannot be thankful enough to this sport, it has shown me that I am capable of so much more than I thought… here’s to many more years spending a fortune on trainers, gels and race entries 💰✅ it’s all worth it though
