It can be totally over whelming, but you need to get real with yourself when you start feeling like where do you stand and what do you REALLY believe in?

When you feel trapped in other people's expectations, it can feel like you're losing your voice, your freedom—even your sense of who you are. Here are a few things that might help shift that:
📌GET REALLY HONEST WITH YOU
Ask: What do I actually want? Not what others want for you, but what you feel drawn to, deep down. Writing it out helps sometimes—no filter, just truth.
📌STOP THE PEOPLE PLEASING
Sometimes we go on autopilot, trying to keep everyone else comfortable, even if it costs us. Recognizing where that happens is the first step to changing it.
📌START WITH SMALL BOUNDERIES
You don’t have to upend your whole life overnight. Start small—say no to one thing that doesn’t feel right. See how it feels to reclaim that bit of space.
📌TALK WITH SOMEONE WHO REALLY LISTENS
Not someone who gives you advice or tells you what to do—someone who just listens without judgment. Being witnessed can be really healing.
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE!!
You’re not a static character in someone else’s story. You’re evolving, and that means shedding what doesn’t fit anymore.
