จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ได้ไปคิวชูในช่วงที่พายุเข้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้ผมได้เรียนรู้ว่าการเตรียมตัวก่อนและระหว่างเดินทางสำคัญมาก ยิ่งถ้าเป็นครั้งแรกในต่างประเทศเหมือนผม ความไม่แน่นอนของสภาพอากาศสามารถสร้างความท้าทายได้จริงๆ อย่างแรก ผมแนะนำให้ดาวน์โหลดแอปพยากรณ์อากาศที่แม่นยำและเป็นที่นิยมในญี่ปุ่น เช่น Japan Meteorological Agency หรือ Yahoo Weather Japan ที่สามารถอัปเดตแบบเรียลไทม์ เปิดแจ้งเตือนพายุ หรือฝนตกหนัก ช่วยให้เราวางแผนเที่ยวได้ดีขึ้น ที่สำคัญคือควรเช็คก่อนออกจากที่พักทุกครั้ง เมื่อเจอสถานการณ์พายุฝนหนักจนเดินทางไปข้างนอกไม่ได้ การมีแผนสำรองจึงจำเป็นมาก เช่น เลือกแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในร่มที่หลากหลาย เช่น พิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมของคิวชู หรือแหล่งออนเซ็นในร่มที่ช่วยผ่อนคลายและได้สัมผัสวิถีชีวิตญี่ปุ่นโดยไม่ต้องเปียกฝน นอกจากนี้ ร้านอาหารในอาคารยังเป็นจุดพักและหาของอร่อยชิมไปพร้อมกันได้ด้วย สิ่งสำคัญอีกประการคือการติดตามประกาศจากทางราชการญี่ปุ่นซึ่งมีความน่าเชื่อถือสูงและแจ้งเตือนแบบทันทีผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือ ข้อมูลนี้ทำให้ผมสามารถหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางในช่วงอันตรายและรับมือกับพายุได้อย่างปลอดภัย นอกจากเรื่องเที่ยวแล้ว การเตรียมเสื้อผ้ากันฝนและรองเท้ากันลื่นก็ต้องให้ความสำคัญ เพราะถนนบางช่วงอาจลื่นหรือมีน้ำขัง การมีอุปกรณ์ครบช่วยให้เดินทางสะดวกขึ้นมาก ประสบการณ์นี้ทำให้ผมเห็นว่าการเดินทางครั้งแรก แม้จะเจอเรื่องไม่คาดฝันอย่างพายุ แต่ก็เป็นช่วงเวลาที่ได้เรียนรู้และเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับอนาคต ใครที่วางแผนไปคิวชูหรือญี่ปุ่นช่วงหน้าฝนแบบผม เข้าใจและเตรียมตัวดีจะช่วยให้ทริปไม่สะดุดและได้ความทรงจำดีๆ กลับมาแน่นอนครับ
