High protein snack haul for the gym girlies trying to get some gains✨
These Catalina crunch cereals are good as a meal or quick on the go snack! I personally have been having chocolate protein powder mixed with almond milk and then top it off with any flavor of these!
The strawberry tastes just like strawberry. It’s not artificial in any way. 9/10 this one is good by itself. I personally have been pairing it with almond milk and chocolate protein powder to make more of a chocolate covered strawberry protein bowl.
The chocolate now they did this one right. It has such a good dark chocolate flavor to it. I like that it masks more the protein flavor. 10/10 I like to eat this one with almond milk and I’ll add either bananas or strawberries to eat to make it more of a filling snack! My kids also like this one just as is.
The cinnamon is my least favorite out of the three of these. I like the taste it does taste like cinnamon but it’s such a light flavor that you can really taste the protein in the after taste of it that I would rate this one 6/10

Finding healthy, delicious snacks that actually keep you full can be a real challenge, especially when you're trying to cut down on sugar. I used to find myself constantly reaching for quick, high-sugar options that left me crashing later. That's why I was so excited to discover Catalina Crunch protein cereals! They're a game-changer if you're looking for a satisfying, high-protein alternative to traditional sugary cereals or snacks. What I love most about these cereals is how they manage to pack a serious protein punch without all the added sugar. When I'm checking out a nutrition facts panel, I always look for a good balance, and Catalina Crunch consistently delivers with high protein and fiber, making it an excellent choice for anyone mindful of their macros. It’s amazing how something so tasty can be so good for you, helping me avoid those high sugar snacks that lead to energy slumps. Let's talk about the flavors because that's where the magic truly happens! The Dark Chocolate is an absolute dream. It has this rich, deep cocoa flavor that genuinely satisfies my chocolate cravings without any guilt. I love to eat it with unsweetened almond milk, sometimes adding a few fresh raspberries or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for an extra treat. It feels indulgent, but I know I'm fueling my body right. The Strawberry Strudel is another winner. It has such a natural, sweet strawberry taste – no artificial aftertaste at all, which is a huge plus for me. It’s fantastic on its own, but I've also tried it mixed into Greek yogurt for an even bigger protein boost, or as a crunchy topping for a smoothie bowl. It's like having a dessert for breakfast! Now, the Cinnamon Toast flavor. While it might be my least favorite of the three mentioned in the original review, I still find ways to enjoy it, especially when I'm craving that warm, spiced comfort. A little trick I've found to enhance the flavor is to add an extra dash of cinnamon powder or a tiny splash of vanilla extract to my almond milk before mixing it in. This really brings out the cinnamon and makes it more enjoyable, masking any subtle protein aftertaste. It’s still a far healthier option than many other cinnamon-flavored cereals out there. For those wondering where to snag these delicious cereals, I often find Catalina Crunch at major retailers like Walmart. Keep an eye out in the cereal aisle, sometimes they're on an end cap or in a special health food section. You can often find their convenient cereal bags there. It’s always good to check their website too, as they sometimes have promotions or new flavors online. Having these readily available makes sticking to my fitness goals so much easier, whether I need a quick breakfast before hitting the gym or a satisfying snack after a long day. They truly make healthy eating enjoyable and convenient!
