Cooking oils I highly recommend if you’re trying to live a healthier lifestyle ✨

Having high quality cooking oils is huge for me. I don’t like to use canola or vegetable oil in my house not just because they’re not good for you but honestly food tastes better with high quality oil.

Crunchy chili oil- this stuff is awesome! You can cook these with eggs or my personal favorite is tuna salad as a seasoning! It’s only $5 and the glass jar is super dense so not cheaply made. It’s a spicier oil so I wouldn’t cook anything for your kids with this. 10/10 for this oil.

Regular olive oil! Cold pressed so it does retain nutrients better and enhanced flavor if you want to use it for dressings. This comes with the little oil top so you don’t over pour and waste it. $9 for this amount is a good deal to me. 10/10

Olive oil spray: it’s organic and only $3! I like that it is 0 calories so you can use quite a bit and not have a higher calorie intake with foods. Great to spray on popcorn and have seasoning stick to it better. 10/10 for a spray oil.

Coconut oil: Costco has the best organic coconut oil hands down. $20 for a huge bottle when a tiny bottle costs almost $10. Saving money here. I use this in replacement for butter so my baking is healthier. It’s also cold pressed so once again this oil retains nutrients better and tastes better. 10/10 for coconut oil.

Overall, switching to these higher quality oils has not only supported my journey toward healthier eating habits but also made cooking more enjoyable and flavorful. Each oil serves a unique purpose, proving that thoughtful fat choices can elevate your meals while supporting well-being.
