GLP-1 Friendly Mealsâ¨
I am not on GLP-1 but I make healthy meals that will work for someone who is.
My go to everyday breakfast is two eggs and chicken sausage with sourdough bi just recently bought the brand smash jam and I am in love with it.
Chicken fried rice: rice with mixed veggies and chicken. I make it with soy sauce but you can use coconut aminos.
Ground beef and rice is a go to lunch of mine!
Grilled fajita chicken. I love this chicken. I use Siete fajita seasoning and it tastes so good!
From my experience exploring meals compatible with GLP-1-friendly diets, I've found that prioritizing whole foods and balanced macros really helps keep energy levels stable and appetite controlled throughout the day. Breakfasts like two eggs paired with chicken sausage and a slice of sourdough bread offer a satisfying start, especially when complemented by a bit of fruit jam for flavor. For lunch and dinner, simple dishes such as chicken fried rice made with mixed veggies and seasoned lightly with soy sauce or coconut aminos provide a tasty yet health-conscious option. Ground beef combined with rice and avocado is another nutritious choice, offering good protein and healthy fats that keep me satisfied longer. One of my favorites is grilled fajita chicken seasoned with Siete fajita seasoning, served alongside Spanish rice and vegetablesâthis combo delivers vibrant flavors while sticking to GLP-1-friendly principles. When preparing these meals, I focus on controlling portions and including plenty of fiber from colorful vegetables, which helps support digestion and glucose metabolism. Incorporating these types of meals into my routine has made it easier to maintain a balanced diet that aligns with GLP-1 strategies, even without taking GLP-1 medications. The key is simplicity, nutrient density, and enjoyable flavors that make healthy eating sustainable in everyday life.
