Sweet and Sour Chicken 🐓

Last week I made some homemade sweet and sour chicken. Don’t get me wrong, I love the stuff from our local Chinese place, but making it at home is satisfying and saves you money. 🙌🏻

I will sometimes make this without going through all the hassle of breading/dredging the chicken too. Meaning, I just cut up and cook the chicken breasts, make the sauce and then rice! ☺️

Honestly, there’s no wrong way to eat it!
