3 cups of heavy cream
salt (optional )
ice bath
add 3 cups to a mixer and mix at medium high for about 10 minutes
you will start seeing the cream turning into clumps of butter, and the butter and milk will separate.
add your butter in an ice bath for 2 minutes
remove any excess fluid
Mold and then dd salt if desired.
you can store in fridge for 1-2 weeks
