Today, I visited 88 Asoa in FOOD & TIME ISETAN YOKOHAMA, just outside Yokohama Station ✨
At this restaurant, you can eat Dover rice produced by Chef Toba, so I was really looking forward to it 🥰
On top of jasmine rice, there is a very Asian-looking fried egg baked with plenty of oil, and around it are minced meat fried with lemongrass and fish sauce, special sauce (achar, harissa), coriander, purple cabbage, radish ✨
The unique Asian taste was arranged to make it easy for Japanese people to eat, and it was very delicious ♥️✨
On the side menu, I had Yam Unsen and boiled dumplings, but this is also delicious ♥️✨
Especially Yamunsen was delicious with delicate seasoning Because the Yamunsen I will make from now on will change ✋
When I go to Yokohama, I would like to visit again and try other menus 😊

鳥羽周作シェフが手掛けるドーバーライスは、アジアンテイストを日本人好みにアレンジした一皿で、ハーブやスパイス の香りが食欲をそそります。実際に訪れてみると、ジャスミンライスの上に目玉焼きがのり、ナンプラーとレモングラスで炒めた肉の風味が絶妙でびっくりしました。 また、ヤムウンセンは酸味と旨味のバランスが繊細で、自分で作るヤムウンセンの味付けにも新たなアイデアが生まれるほどです。水餃子ももちもちでドーバーライスとの相性抜群。店内はFOOD＆TIME ISETAN YOKOHAMAの中にあり、アクセスも良好で気軽に立ち寄れます。 鳥羽シェフの名前は多くの人に知られていますが、彼のレストランやメニューを詳しく知らない方も多いのでは？私も今回訪れて、彼の料理のクオリティとこだわりを実感できたので、ぜひ横浜に行く際は足を運んでほしいです。特にアジアン料理好きな方や新しいグルメ体験を求める方にはおすすめしたいお店です。
