1•Magnesium Glycinate: THIS! this is the holy grail of vitamins. Almost 80% of all people are deficient in magnesium. I have found that magnesium calms my body and stops my racing thoughts. I highly recommend it right before bed!

2•Ashwaghanda: Ashwagandha contains chemicals that might help calm the brain, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, and alter the immune system. I am very new to trying this vitamin but it seriously has made it so easy to calm down at night.

3•Goodbye Stress-Olly: this amazing gummie has three amazing supplements (GABA, L-Theanine, & Lemon Balm)
