Omg - why was making this so much fun?

But truth is! Float DOES make me happy! Turning everything off for an hour helps me release all stress, frustrations and feel totally reborn. Plus absorbing magnesium & turn off my whole ass external processing systems to truly rejuvenate helps me ground, feel focused, and sleep!

Oh! Lol and there is a scientific study that found float therapy does in fact regulate cortisol & seretonin levels that LITERALLY help with overall feelings of #happiness
