How to Make and Ingredient
📌 this recipe 8 pcs. Cut flour 57-60 g.
1.260 g bread flour (we use kite badge flour)
2. 160 g water
3. 1 tablespoon sugar
4. 3 / 4 teaspoon salt
5.yeast 3 g
6. 20 grams of unsalted butter
How to do
1. Pour water in the mixing tub, add salt. Sugar to the person to dissolve.
2. Add flour to it. Use the paddle gradually.
3. Massage the dough for 1-2 minutes, add butter to it, then massage for 10 minutes to smooth until the field. (Personally, we use Imarflex's mobile massage machine)
4. Double the rest. It takes 30 minutes.
