「新宿西口で安い海鮮居酒屋ないかな？」「刺身がちゃんと美味しい店がいい」「昼飲みできる？」って時に、私が使いやすいなと思ったのがトロ政 新宿店でした。駅近でサクッと入れるのに、海鮮の満足度が高くて“コスパ重視”の検索意図にかなり刺さるタイプ。 まず昼飲み目線だと、明るい時間から入りやすい雰囲気なのがありがたいです。仕事の合間や用事の前後でも「1杯だけ」「軽くつまむだけ」がしやすいので、新宿西口で昼飲みを探している人には相性◎。レモンサワー系を推しているのも、海鮮と合わせたい人には嬉しいポイントでした（さっぱりして刺身の邪魔をしない）。 刺身・寿司狙いの人は、最初の注文で“刺身系＋焼き物”の組み合わせにすると満足度が上がりました。刺身（新宿駅周辺で“刺身が美味しい”を期待する人向け）だけだと冷たい系で終わりがちなので、まぐろのカマ焼きみたいな温かいメニューを挟むと食事感もアップ。カマ焼きは時間をかけてじっくり焼かれた感じで、身がほろっと外れてシェアにも向いていました。 あと、意外と良かったのが揚げ物枠。カマンベールチーズの天ぷらはサクサクで、海鮮の合間の“味変”として強いです。魚中心で頼むと淡白に寄りがちなところを、濃厚系が1皿あるだけで満足感が変わるなと実感しました。 席選びも地味に大事で、初めてなら店員さんに空き状況を聞いてみるのがおすすめ。船の形っぽい席は写真映えするし、友達同士だと会話のネタになってテンション上がります。 まとめると、「新宿西口の海鮮居酒屋」「安いのに刺身・寿司をちゃんと楽しみたい」「昼飲みできる店」を探しているなら、トロ政 新宿店は候補に入れて損なし。行くなら、刺身（または寿司）＋まぐろのカマ焼き＋レモンサワー、ここが私の鉄板です。
