Fajitas

I used Kinders fajita seasoning on my thin cut beef, i air fried it at 370° for 10 minutes with bell peppers, onions, and a frozen spinach cube. For mine i put sour cream and shredded cheese, personally it would have been better with guacamole. #emergingcreator

Instant pot lasagna

I sautéd beef for 6 minutes then put in seasonings, spaghetti sauce, penne noodles, assorted veggies, 2 cups water and pressure cooked for 4 minutes (I’d do 6 minutes next time), then mixed in the ricotta and mozzarella before serving. #instant pot #lasagna #dinner

Chili dog

Home made chili on a Sam’s Club hot dog. Assorted beans, tomato paste, diced tomato’s, assorted veggies, ground beef, Italian sausage, chili seasoning, ginger, and garlic. I cooked it in the instant pot pressure cook high for 10 minutes.

Teriyaki steak and rice

I seasoned the steak with kinders cowboy butter, msg, and teriyaki sauce and cooked it with rice and quinoa in the instant pot. Served it topped with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce.

Chicken Alfredo Steamed Potato

We steamed the potatoes in the instant pot and diced the chicken (can’t remember all the seasonings i used) and baked it in the air fryer on 370 for 35 minutes with a stick of cream cheese and Alfredo. I cut up the potato a little and put about a tablespoon of butter then the chicken Alfredo. 10/10

Cherry Marshmallow Coffee

At the bottom of my French press I put 3 scoops of coffee grounds, a pinch of salt, 1 pump Torani toasted marshmallow, and 1 pump Torani cherry. In my kettle I boiled .5L of water, pour over coffee grounds, let set for about 10 minutes, push down plunger and pour into mug. Add creamer to taste. Enj

Quick and easy Enchiladas

Combine 2 pre cooked shredded chicken, a hand full of shredded cheese, 1 enchilada sauce, rinsed beans, rice, 1 cream cheese, a spoon of garlic (i did about 2 tablespoons), for my seasonings i do not measure anything i shake them out until it looks like it’ll taste good. I cut my tortillas so once
