easy fresh bread recipe with a twist

2 1/4 tsp ActiveDry Yeast 3.5 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup warm water 1 egg 3 tbs butter, melted 3.5 tbs sugar 2 tsp Celtic salt Olive oil to coat bowl 1 tbs milk & 1 egg for wash In mixer bowl add yeast, 1/2 cup of the flour and warm water. Mix well, cover and let sit for 15 minutes
