Vanilla Cupcake Coffee Syrup ☕️

This one is one of my favorites! It tastes delicious and it’s pretty easy to make. I add this to my morning coffee and it’s all the sweetness I need! I like to mix both regular sugar and brown sugar, but you can skip the brown sugar and add more granulated or the opposite.

I like the extra flavor the brown sugar adds to it, makes it taste a bit more like cake to me.

Recipe:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 granulated sugar

1 cup water

1 tsp cake batter extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

( some days I like more cake batter, so add to your taste)

Mix the sugars and water in a pot over medium heat

Stir until dissolved

bring to a simmer

Stirring frequently

Turn off heat

Stir in extracts

Cool for about 15-20 minutes

Store and enjoy!! 😉
