My Pregnancy Nonnegotiables that made my pregnancy more comfortable and enjoyable 🤍

1. Prenatal!! I loved the Olly prenatal vitamins because they tasted so good, I always looked forward to taking these! I made taking my prenatal like a little reward at the end of the day because these ones are like candy!! I don’t think I missed a single day!

2. Hydration! I loved the BruMate water bottle because it was easy to clean, fit in my cup holder, and held 40 oz of water.. also so cute! Going into my third trimester I was OVER water.. I needed flavor! Liquid I.V. helped me get water down and add extra hydration!

3. Support is a must! I preferred this three piece pillow over the big U shaped pillow for several reasons. The U shaped pillow was too bulky for me and didn’t allow me to snuggle up with my husband. The wedge in this pregnancy pillow helped my back and hips when sleeping on my side. Another must have is a support belt. I was on my feet all day and when my belly grew I could feel it pulling my back and hips which was extremely uncomfortable. The support belt helped relieve a lot of pressure!

4. Stretch mark prevention! I loved all of the Palmers scratch mark creams and oils! They smelt so good and didn’t leave me feeling greasy. The four step set worked out perfectly for me and was affordable! I used the Palmers set on my belly but I used the Burts Bees on my legs and butt because I didn’t need to concentrate on those areas as much but still wanted to give those areas a little something! The Burts Bees is also so affordable and left my skin feeling very hydrated!

5. Comfort is KEY when you’re constantly uncomfortable. Being on my feet all day was wearing me down so fast as I grew. I purchased this massager and I cannot recommend it enough!! The top cover comes off so you can use it on your back, shoulders, thighs, and calves.. YES PLEASE!!! It also has a heat setting which felt amazing. Next is the heating/cooling eye mask. I bought two, one to keep in the fridge and one to heat up when needed. I was constantly getting headaches and ocular migraines, the cold mask helped relieve the pain pretty quickly! I loved the heated mask before bed or when I was struggling to sleep, it added some needed relaxation.

6. Last but certainly not least.. my bestie girl TUMS. If you know.. you know & im sorry for that. I had so much acid reflux and heart burn durning my pregnancy but these babies helped get me through it. I had bottles of tums at home, at work, and in my car.. I didn’t go anywhere without my tums 😂 if you have experienced acid reflux or heart burn.. you get it.

Think about what works for your body and your lifestyle. Hydration, as I mentioned, is absolutely crucial. That insulated cup I loved wasn't just for show; it kept my water cold all day, which was essential when plain water started tasting... well, plain! But sometimes, even the prettiest bottle isn't enough. When you're feeling nauseous or just 'over' water, try adding a squeeze of lemon, cucumber slices, or even a few berries. Electrolyte mixes, like the one I used, are fantastic for boosting hydration, especially if you're experiencing morning sickness or just feeling extra drained. They can replenish essential minerals lost, helping to ward off fatigue and headaches. Let's talk more about physical support. That three-piece pregnancy pillow was a lifesaver, truly. While the U-shaped ones are popular, I found the modular design much more adaptable. It allowed me to customize support for my back and hips, especially when sleeping on my side, without feeling completely cocooned. And the pregnancy support belt? Oh my goodness, a game-changer for anyone on their feet. It really helped distribute the weight of my growing belly, alleviating pressure on my lower back and hips. I'd even wear it for short walks to the grocery store! For stretch marks, consistency is key! Using those skincare products daily, like creams and oils, from early on can make a big difference in maintaining skin elasticity. I used mine religiously on my belly, but also gave some love to my hips and thighs. And when it came to overall comfort, my heated foot massager was pure bliss after a long day.
