My Wellness Nonnegotiables ~daily~

Here are my daily wellness nonnegotiables that always keep me feeling healthy and good for my mentality. I think it’s very important to have things that you can do for yourself to implement into your everyday routine.

The first thing is to move my body! Whether it’s going for a walk, run, swim or playing pickleball. It always makes me feel good and helps me sleep better too! 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️

The next thing is to eat lots of fruit! It always helps me feel healthy, and is a healthy alternative for snacking. 🍑🍓🍐🍒🍉🫐🍊

The last thing is to drink 1 gallon of water. I’ve found that this helps me with my bloating a lot and especially hydration since I run a lot. 💦
