How to Deal with Insomnia

When you can’t sleep and your mind is racing, take some time to pray, journal, and give it all to God.

Haven’t been sleeping at night lately, too anxious and stressed about the unknown.

Don’t get me wrong, life is lifing and I am much better than ever but I still feel like something is missing.

Instead of laying in bed with a racing mind until the sun come up, I decided to go somewhere quiet to gather and collect my thoughts. Navigate my mind to find the things that are most important to me. Goals, dreams, relationships and friendships.

We are all trying to find ways to make our lives better, easier, safer. So much negative energy and unnecessary stress can drain one’s energy. However, don’t forget to take the time to care for you. Don’t worry. Afterall, it’s your life ❤️

Journaling about your thoughts and feelings can be a therapeutic way to clear your mind. If these methods do not improve your sleep, consulting with a healthcare professional may be necessary to explore underlying issues.
