🍂 THE TITLE ISN’T THE GOAL 🤎

Leader. CEO. Pastor. Influencer. Entrepreneur. Those titles can come with good work, but I don’t want to get so caught up in being seen that I forget to serve. 🙏

Sometimes faithfulness looks like bringing someone dinner when they’re exhausted. 🥘 Sending the check-in text. 📱 Staying to help clean up when everyone else has left. 🧹 Nobody may post about it, but that love matters. 💛

📖 “Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23

My prayer is to love people well with whatever God puts in my hands today. 🌿✨

... Read moreIn today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the allure of impressive titles like Leader, CEO, Pastor, Influencer, or Entrepreneur. Yet, true leadership transcends the labels we earn—it is genuinely shown through acts of service and faithfulness. Reflecting on Matthew 25:23, "Well done, good and faithful servant," reminds me that God values our dedication and love more than public recognition or power. From my experience, some of the most impactful leadership moments come from small, often unnoticed actions. Whether it’s delivering a meal to someone who’s overwhelmed, sending a thoughtful message to check in on a friend, or staying behind to clean up after an event, those quiet expressions of love create lasting bonds and foster real community. These acts may never make headlines or social media posts, but they embody the essence of "love in action." What encourages me is remembering that faithfulness isn’t always flashy. It’s consistent. It’s choosing to serve even when nobody is watching. This mindset shifts the focus from self-promotion to truly caring for people around us. It helps counterbalance the pressure to perform and reminds us of the deeper purpose behind leadership: uplifting others and showing kindness. If you’re striving to be a leader or someone who influences others, I encourage you to lean into the daily opportunities to serve quietly. The genuine connections built through kindness and service reflect the heart of true leadership and leave a legacy far richer than any title. Keep loving people well with what is in your hands today—you never know how far that faithfulness will reach.

I’ve been labeled a perfectionist by both myself and others for my entire life. First I thought it was related to OCD… then I realized it may be tied into ADHD or autism. Wherever it comes from, over time I’ve realized it’s not healthy. Did I do some amazing projects and work I was proud of? 10
