Making the best homefries ever simply grab any kinda potatoes, preferably yellow potatoes microwave them until soft let sit a few then cut them up in a pan put some extra virgin olive oil an garlic salt mix up on medium heat for 15 mins then add paprika the last few minutes an that’s it!!!
