Struggling with mental health and Autoimmune disorder makes it hard for me to do life sometimes. I am slowly learning to know when it is time to slow down and take care of myself.
Today’s plan:
Take a walk outside 🚶♀️going out and taking in fresh air helps with my anxiety and overall coer my head.
Read a book 📚because it’s my favorite thing to do when im feeling down.
Take a nap 💤 anyone struggling with autoimmune disease benefits from short naps.
