Journey to a Healthier Lifestyle

Despite the years of being bullied in elementary and high school, I’ve been called many names that you could think of. Now being older and seeing things in a different lens, they don’t define how I am nor who I am today cause that has made me the woman who I am today. The past is in the past and that shouldn’t define me today, I will rewrite my own story and that should be the only thing that should define me because I’ve been in this journey for being the better version of myself and becoming this stronger and powerful woman. By all means, I’ve changed into a healthier version of myself and because of that I’ve lost 21 pounds. I went from 207 to 186 pounds and I’m very proud of my consistency and commitment into keeping myself in shape. #embraceanewchange #transformationjourney #revengebodygoals
