จากประสบการณ์ใช้งานแท็บเล็ต Android แทนไอแพด สิ่งที่สำคัญมากคือการปรับวิธีการจัดการไฟล์และรูปภาพเพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงและไม่วุ่นวายเหมือนเก็บทุกอย่างในแกลเลอรี่รวมกัน การใช้ Cloud Storage อย่าง Google Drive เป็นตัวช่วยที่ดีมาก โดยผมจะแยกไฟล์ตามหมวดหมู่ชัดเจน เช่น งาน เอกสาร รูปถ่าย และโปรเจกต์ต่างๆ ซึ่งช่วยให้ทำงานร่วมกับทีมและแชร์ไฟล์ได้สะดวกขึ้น การอัพโหลดไฟล์เสร็จแล้วก็ช่วยลดความกังวลเวลาที่ต้องตามงานหรือถ่ายงานย้อนหลัง แท็บเล็ต Android รุ่นกลางๆ แม้ราคาไม่สูง แต่ก็รองรับการใช้งานทั่วไปได้ดี ไม่ว่าจะดูหนัง ฟังเพลง หรือทำงานเอกสาร โปรแกรมอย่าง Google Slide แม้อาจไม่เน้นฟีเจอร์ฟูลเท่ากับ Keynote ในไอแพด แต่ความง่ายและไม่หนักเครื่อง ทำให้ทำงานและนำเสนอได้อย่างราบรื่น และยังมีการบันทึกอัตโนมัติที่ช่วยให้มั่นใจในข้อมูล อีกหนึ่งเคล็ดลับคือเรื่องกล้องแท็บเล็ตไม่จำเป็นต้องเน้นมาก เพราะหากต้องการถ่ายภาพคุณภาพดี มือถือที่ใช้ร่วมกันจะเหมาะกว่า การเน้นที่ประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องและวิธีจัดการงานจะทำให้ใช้แท็บเล็ตได้คุ้มค่ามากขึ้น สุดท้ายการเปลี่ยนมาใช้ Android Tablet ต้องใจกว้างและพร้อมเรียนรู้เครื่องมือใหม่ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับตัวให้เหมาะกับวิถีการทำงานของตัวเอง ซึ่งเมื่อทำได้จะลดค่าใช้จ่ายและเพิ่มความคล่องตัวในการใช้งานได้อย่างมาก
