My usual routine at night is to work and clean, get stuff done. I usually go for a decaf tea , chamomile and earl grey mainly. Fruit tea has been a huge favorite lately! I throw in a tiny scoop of matcha if I need to get on the laptop and work.. Goodnight fellow lemoners ✌🏼🍋
