It’s Halloween week!!! Which means lots of candy temptation.

Today was a good day overall I was left with one point for the day. I also was able to get a nice work out in today while the kiddo was asleep

Today was one of those days. I didn’t want to get up and workout before getting ready for work. I just wanted to keep hitting that snooze button. So I told my self I would walk while in my lunch break and I did. Sometimes your body just needs rest. Hoping tomorrow morning will Be better.
