My daily eats

... Read moreMaintaining a diet aimed at gaining muscle while staying lean involves strategic meal choices rich in protein and nutrient-dense ingredients. Starting your day with a Morning Glow Drink, which often includes glow-boosting ingredients, can help support skin health and provide essential vitamins to kickstart your metabolism. Pre-workout meals consisting of bacon, eggs, potatoes, and turkey supply a good mix of proteins and carbohydrates, fueling your body for intense gym sessions. Post-workout nutrition is equally important; incorporating a chocolate banana protein shake replenishes glycogen stores and aids muscle recovery. Ground beef paired with rice and tomatoes is a hearty post-gym meal that offers both protein and complex carbohydrates critical for muscle repair and energy. Lunch options like chicken soup dumplings alongside eggs provide a balanced intake of protein and comfort, making it easier to enjoy varied flavors without sacrificing nutrition. Snacks such as chicken nuggets, when chosen wisely, can be a convenient protein source to maintain energy levels throughout the day. For dessert, combining Oikos yogurt with granola, strawberries, and honey not only satisfies sweet cravings but also adds probiotics, fiber, and antioxidants to support digestive health and recovery. Staying well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water amplifies all these efforts, enhancing metabolic processes and overall wellness. Additionally, complementing this diet with regular cardio sessions, such as 45 minutes of cardio training, helps keep body fat levels low and promotes a lean physique while preserving muscle mass gained through your high-protein meals. This holistic approach to diet and exercise is key for anyone embodying the #gymgirl lifestyle focused on strength, health, and vitality.

I'm trying to lose 30 lbs and gain and tone muscles. I only eat chicken and eggs so I don't get enough protein. I don't eat red meat or seafood. Where can I get the best plant based protein shakes for in-between meals. It's also hard for me to exercise because I suffer from depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Can you help please. Thank you
