📍 today, there is an opportunity to eat the "Chin Lampang" shop on the edge of the Ping River, Lampang Luang, Ko Ka, Mon Lampang.

ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “ร้านเชย ลำปาง” หรือ “ร้านเชย” แล้วลังเลว่าควรสั่งอะไรดี/เหมาะกับใคร เราขอสรุปจากที่ไปกินจริงแบบใช้งานได้เลยนะ บรรยากาศร้านจะเป็นแนววินเทจ มีของโบราณตกแต่ง ดูเพลินดี และที่ชอบคือเป็นห้องแอร์ นั่งสบาย เหมาะกับการพาครอบครัวหรือมากันเป็นแก๊ง (เราไป 6 คนก็สั่งแชร์ได้หลายอย่าง) ใครอยากมาช่วงคนไม่เยอะ แนะนำเลี่ยงมื้อเที่ยงวันหยุด เพราะร้านดังขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ เมนูที่คิดว่า “มาถึงร้านเชยแล้วควรลอง” คือกลุ่มปลากะพงทอด เพราะคุ้มมาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงมีโปร ปลากะพงทอดราดน้ำปลาเป็นแนวหวานเค็ม กรอบ ไม่อมน้ำมัน และเข้าคู่กับน้ำยำมะม่วงมาก ๆ ส่วนปลากะพงทอดสมุนไพรจะหอมเครื่อง กินกับน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดแล้วตัดเลี่ยนดี เหมาะกับคนชอบรสจัด สายหมึกต้องไม่พลาด “หมึกผัดน้ำดำ” กับ “หมึกต้มน้ำดำ” ตัวน้ำดำเข้ม ๆ รสจะมีความกลมกล่อมเฉพาะตัว หมึกผัดน้ำดำของที่นี่ทำมาไม่แฉะ กินง่าย แต่จานที่อยากให้สั่งถ้ามากันหลายคนคือหมึกต้มน้ำดำ ซดร้อน ๆ แล้วมีพริกแห้งกับมะเขือเทศในหม้อ ช่วยให้รสเปรี้ยวเผ็ดสดชื่นขึ้น (เราว่าจานนี้เด่นสุด) อีกจานที่เหมาะกับคนชอบรสหวานเปรี้ยวคือ “กุ้งซอสมะขาม” กุ้งทอดกรอบ ราดซอสเปรี้ยวหวาน กินกับพริกทอดเพลินมาก และถ้าอยากมีจานหลักให้เด็ก ๆ หรือคนที่ไม่กินเผ็ด “ผัดไทยวุ้นเส้นกุ้งสด” เป็นตัวเลือกที่ปลอดภัย เส้นเหนียวนุ่ม แห้งกำลังดี ส่วนสายเผ็ดจริงจัง สั่ง “กะเพราทะเล” แล้วบอกระดับความเผ็ดได้เลย ของทะเลแน่น ๆ กุ้งหมึกมาเต็ม จัดจ้านสมใจ ทริคส่วนตัวเวลามา: มากัน 3-6 คนจะสั่งได้หลากหลายและคุ้มสุด, ให้มี 1 จานปลา + 1 จานน้ำ (หมึกต้มน้ำดำ) + 1 จานรสเปรี้ยวหวาน (กุ้งซอสมะขาม) แล้วค่อยเติมจานเส้น/กะเพรา จะบาลานซ์รสทั้งโต๊ะดีมาก
