Bite Size Strawberry Donuts 🍩🍓

Made these because I wanted something small, soft, and fun… the pink glaze + sprinkles just make them cuter 😭🤍

Recipe:

Mix flour + sugar + baking powder → add milk + egg + butter → pour into mini donut mold → bake → dip in strawberry glaze → add sprinkles

I like keeping the glaze slightly thick so it sets nicely. Also best eaten fresh 🫶

An important tip I've found is to keep the strawberry glaze slightly thick rather than runny; this helps it set nicely on the donuts without dripping off, giving each bite a rich fruity flavor and a visually appealing bright pink finish. I also like to add sprinkles on top right after dipping the donuts in glaze so they stick well as the glaze hardens. You can even experiment with different types of sprinkles or add crushed freeze-dried strawberries for an extra burst of berry flavor. Since these donuts are best eaten fresh, I recommend baking only what you plan to serve right away to enjoy their soft texture and moist glaze. Additionally, substituting some of the milk with buttermilk can add a subtle tang that enhances the sweetness of the strawberry glaze. For those looking for a dairy-free version, plant-based milk options work well too. Mini strawberry glazed donuts are perfect for snacks, dessert tables, or even a cute breakfast treat.
