私は以前、自分の感情を抑えて周囲に合わせることが多く、気づけば自分自身を見失いがちでした。特に、周りの人たちの感情に敏感すぎて、自分の悲しみや苦しみを感じることを避けるようになりました。しかし、そんな私もある時ふと気づいたのは、自分のネガティブな感情を無理に消そうとせず、あかごをあやすように優しく抱きしめることで心が少しずつ楽になるということです。 具体的には、泣きたい夜があっても無理に我慢せず、小さな声で自分自身に「大丈夫だよ」と語りかけること。誰かに話すことで相手を悲しませたくないからと、心の中にしまい込むのではなく、ノートに書き出すことで自分の感情を整理しました。すると、否定的な思いも少しずつ受け入れられるようになり、毎日の中に小さな笑いも見つけられるようになりました。 また、自分の機嫌は自分でとる大切さを実感します。不機嫌な自分よりも上機嫌な自分が好きだからこそ、好きな音楽を聴いたり軽い運動をしたりして、できるだけ心地よく過ごす工夫をしています。感情に振り回されるのではなく、「今の自分の気持ちを丁寧に扱う」という意識が、日々の心の安定につながっています。 この 記事を読んでいるあなたも、他人の感情に左右されやすいかもしれませんが、自分の心も同じように大切にしてあげてください。自分のネガティブな感情を否定せず、まるで赤ちゃんをあやすように優しく受け止めて進んでいけば、きっと笑い合える日が来るはずです。
