2.wearing a pad can cause you to have a higher chance of getting thrush/yeast infections even if you change it frequently.

3.do research on the types of period products you use and what’s in the product.

4. Weigh the pros and cons of each product, also take any health problems into consideration (endometriosis,pcos etc.)
