Confidence is complicated.
Insecurities are weird, I notice moments I don’t have any makeup on, I’m in comfy clothes.. I find things I like about myself. But there’s times where it’s hard to have that confidence and to like how I look. I think it’s just a mental thing, I just try to enhance what I have, express different parts of me through my appearance and it always helps when I’m feeling negative about myself. Does anyone else have off and on moments with their self image?
