Did you know that you can make pineapple 🍍 juice with pineapple skin just add ginger and add water in a pot with the skin an boil it. The water must always be a little below and make the skin stay at the top. When it finish boils you can let it sit for a day so that the water can soak up all the pineapple Flavour so your juice can be made. So when I strained this off it usually be sweet enough so sometimes I don’t had sugar and it taste so good but this was almost there but I had like a tablespoon of sugar, but all depends on how sweet you like your drink I don’t so sometimes I don’t put any at all in there. For me, this has been a game-changer – it helps to calm down any redness or irritation, leaving my skin looking much clearer and more even-toned. Plus, pineapples are a fantastic source of Vitamin C, a crucial antioxidant that plays a vital role in collagen production. More collagen means firmer, more youthful-looking skin! I've noticed my complexion looking brighter and more resilient since I started regularly enjoying this juice. And then there's ginger! Not only does it add a wonderfully invigorating kick to the drink, but ginger is also a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It helps to fight off free radicals that can damage skin cells and contribute to premature aging.
