The modern Tropical-style two-story house, amidst the atmosphere of the marsh and fields, is designed to conform to nature for a full private rest before the start of each week's workday.

This house is located at Walled Hundred Thousand Nakhon Pathom, about 13 acres of land, mainly about 60% of the well area. The house has about 600 m ² of living space and a small house of about 200 m ². There are two main residents: the landlord and his wife, two secondary or occasional residents: the landlord's mother and the mother's caregiver.

- Design ideas -

Homeowners prefer simplicity, modernism and modern Tropical style homes, wanting to make the most of the space, sunshine and natural wind.

The architect designed the layout of the building in line with the sun-wind direction and intended all rooms to see the bog view, which is like the Highlight of the house. The two houses are placed along the east-fall line. There is a tramway between them. There is a wide lawn in front of the front and the back of the house all along. In the afternoon, the small house on the east side and the front lawn on the north side will get shade.

On the west side of the main house, the sun is exposed in the afternoon and heat is accumulated on the walls, resulting in a very hot evening. The architect designed Fasad and two walls to help prevent direct sunlight from hitting the walls.

Also, it positions the bathroom to the south so that it gets sun and wind, reduces damp problems, reduces pathogens, and another part that reduces heat and provides good shade is the upper terrace and the long overhanging eaves.

The ground floor is like the basement of a Thai house. It is designed as an open plan for the activity center. Watching movies, living, guests, dining and light kitchen. The north-south opening can be wide open on both sides to get the natural wind that blows the cold from the bog steam through the house, making it cool all day long. There is a large continuous terrace for the viewing wind, and a small party by the bog.

For the upper floor, you can still see the full view of the swamp, especially the bedroom. Another room specially designed to answer the landlord's problem is the bathroom. There is a large bathing area with no walls or mirrors. It can be fully bathed in Rain Shower. It is not wet in the dry zone. The sanitary is divided into male and female urinal, His & Her sink, and there is a continuous washing-drying area with the bathroom so that you do not have to walk up and down.

- Material selection -

Emphasizing simplicity, modern but warm, relaxed, natural-looking, including the choice of color in tone, white, gray, brown, roofing material is gray concrete tiles, but the exterior walls are of black stone, and wooden slats either real or artificial wood.

Inside the house, it still emphasizes natural-looking decorative materials as well. Like the dark-toned natural stone TV wall, pink pattern, Built-in, wooden TV side cabinet, ground floor granito tile with white marble pattern, upper floor wood pave floor SPC, herringbone pattern, comfortable walking feet. For the balcony floor that can be damp when hit by rain splash, opt for a wood-grain tile floor with a deep touch surface, virtual and non-slippery wood.
