There are 3 models of fiber cement flooring wood.

1. Basic Floor Wood: There will be hollow holes along the long line of the wooden plate and make a cream foundation from the factory. For the 10 cm wide front model, must be placed on a distance of up to 25 cm, the 15 and 20 cm wide front size must be placed at a distance of 30 cm, with the floor wood installation system attached to the screw head display type.

2.Saver version of the floor wood: It has the same size and installation as the Basic version. It differs that this version of the wood plate appearance will be a ton plate, no hollow hole, and the exterior will be cement color.

3. T-clip floor wood: It is a ton plate with a side tongue groove. There are two sizes: 16 cm wide and 20 cm wide, with a distance of 30 cm. The installation system is a screw head hide. It uses a special lock to attach the wood plate to the iron groove. It is inserted into the side groove of each wooden plate that matches the tongue.

1. Install wood flooring on the floor without supporting floor structure.

It is the installation method of all models of floorwood, installing floorwood on a wooden or steel Tong structure at a certain distance in each model, but there is a very important limitation: the floor wood installation area level must not exceed 50 cm from the ground level (under the open floor).

Now, if the wood floor level is higher than 50 cm, there must be a floor structure, whether it is a reinforced concrete floor or a light frame floor.

2. Install floor wood on a tong that is fixed to a steel reinforced concrete floor.

It is an installation method of all models of floor wood, mounted on a wood tong or steel tong as the first, but different in that it has a steel reinforced concrete floor supporting it.

3. Install floor wood with cement glue on steel reinforced concrete floor

This method will work on the basic and saver versions of the floor wood, by gluing the cement to the floor wood like a ceramic tiling, and securing it with screws to the plastic pug again for tightness (drilling the floor to bury the pug before securing the floor wood).

4. Install Floor Wood on Light Frame Floor System

This method will work on basic and saver flooring wood as well; for light frame flooring systems it will consist of a Tong structure, and fiber cement flooring (Smart Board Flooring, SCG, 16, 18 or 20 mm thickness) or cement veneer (Cement Board, SCG, 16, 20 or 24 mm thickness).

The installation attaches the floor wood to the cement fiber floor or cement plywood with screws.
