3 things to think about. Move or add a bathroom to the original house.
Bathroom 🏡🚽 is an area that needs to be positioned from the start of the design because it affects the floor structure and the bile-sewage system. But if there is a need to relocate or add more, such as adding a bathroom to the bedroom, it may be difficult but can also be done. There are three things to consider: the new bathroom location, the original floor and the new bathroom wall.
1) Bathroom Position: Should choose a bathroom position that can walk the plumbing and drainage works, such as attached to the outside of the house to make it easy to walk various water pipes, or close to the treatment tank to facilitate walking the sewage pipes.
2) Original Structural Floor: There are 2 types: Cast Floor System in place and Prefinished Floor System.
10 Cast-in-place floor system, can penetrate (Coring) the floor to walk the drain down to the bottom, but should separate the dry part, the wet part and complete the seepage system.
10. Prefabricated floor system should not penetrate the floor because the reinforced steel in the floor may lose strength. Piping should only use the wall drill method by making a light frame floor system to raise the floor level further to allow increased sewer walk under the floor. If there is a bath section, you must choose a bath tray or a prefabricated bath cabinet instead of the normal wet area barrier.
3) New bathroom wall: If you want to build a new bathroom wall, check the floor if there is a beam. If there is, it can be built on a brick wall. But if there is no need to choose a light wall to reduce the weight, it can be cement board or fiber cement. Both walls should make a concrete edge about 10 cm high from the floor around the new bathroom to waterproof / moisture, but if you want to modify the structure further, the beam below to carry the weight, consult the engineer first.

ถ้ากำลังหา “แบบแปลนห้องน้ำ” หรือดู “รูปตัดห้องน้ำ” เพื่อจะย้าย/เพิ่มห้องน้ำในบ้านเดิม เราแนะนำให้เริ่มจากการวางแปลนแบบที่คิดเผื่อ “งานระบบ” ก่อนความสวย เพราะห้องน้ำสมัยใหม่จะดูดีได้จริงก็ต่อเมื่อท่อระบายน้ำมีความลาดเอียงพอ ไม่อุดตันง่าย และกันซึมไม่รั่วในระยะยาว 1) อ่านแบบแปลน + รูปตัดห้องน้ำให้เป็น (ช่วยลดงานแก้) เวลาขอช่างทำแบบ ควรมีทั้ง “แบบแปลนห้องน้ำ” (มองจากด้านบน) และ “รูปตัดห้องน้ำ” (มองด้านข้าง) เพราะรูปตัดจะบอกของสำคัญ เช่น ระดับพื้นยก, ตำแหน่งท่อ, จุดดักกลิ่น, ความหนาพื้น/คาน และตำแหน่งผนังรับน้ำหนัก ถ้าเห็นรูปตัดแล้วรู้ว่าท่อจะวิ่งไปทางไหน จะช่วยตัดสินใจได้เลยว่าควรย้ายห้องน้ำไปจุดไหนถึงจะทำได้ง่ายและงบไม่บานปลาย 2) ทริคเลือกตำแหน่ง “ห้องน้ำใหม่” ให้ใกล้งานระบบที่สุด จากประสบการณ์ การเพิ่มห้องน้ำจะง่ายสุดเมื่ออยู่ชิดผนังภายนอก (เดินท่อ-ซ่อมง่าย) หรืออยู่ “ซ้อนตำแหน่ง” เหนือห้องน้ำเดิม/ใกล้ถังบำบัด เพราะระยะท่อสั้นทำให้ระบายน้ำดี กลิ่นไม่ย้อน และลดความเสี่ยงรั่วซึมตามจุดต่อท่อ 3) ห้องน้ำสวยๆ มินิมอล: วางฟังก์ชันก่อน แล้วค่อยแต่ง ถ้าชอบห้องน้ําสวยๆ มินิมอล ลองจัดผังให้ใช้งานลื่นไหล เช่น แยกโซนแห้ง-เปียกชัดเจน กั้นกระจกใสในส่วนอาบน้ำ (ได้ลุคโมเดิร์นและช่วยลดความชื้น) และเว้นพื้นที่ยืนหน้าอ่างล้างหน้าให้พอ เปิดบานตู้/บานประตูไม่ชนกัน จะได้ทั้งสวยและใช้จริงสบาย 4) ช่องวางของผนังห้องน้ำ (Niche) ทำได้ แต่ต้องคิดเรื่องกันซึม หลายคนอยากได้ “ช่องวางของผนังห้องน้ำ” เพราะดูเรียบและไม่เกะกะ แนะนำให้กำหนดตำแหน่งตั้งแต่ทำแบบ และหลีกเลี่ยงการไปเจาะโดนท่อหรือผนังที่มีข้อจำกัด โซนเปียกควรเน้นงานกันซึมรอบช่องเป็นพิเศษ (โดยเฉพาะมุมและรอยต่อ) เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาน้ำซึมเข้าผนังในอนาคต 5) รายละเอียดเล็กๆ ที่ทำให้จบงานแบบห้องน้ำสมัยใหม่ได้จริง - เลือกวัสดุผนังที่เหมาะกับน้ำหนักโครงสร้างเดิม (บางจุดควรใช้ผนังเบา เช่น ซีเมนต์บอร์ด/ไฟเบอร์ซีเมนต์) - ทำขอบคอนกรีตยกสูงรอบห้องน้ำใหม่ประมาณ 10 ซม. กันน้ำไหลออกสู่พื้นที่ข้างเคียง - อย่าข้ามขั้นทดสอบการกันซึมก่อนปูกระเบื้อง และกำหนดความลาดเอียงพื้นให้ไหลลงท่อระบายน้ำดี ถ้าคุณมีภาพ “รูปตัดห้องน้ำ” หรือแปลนเดิมของบ้าน ลองเทียบตำแหน่งคาน/พื้นก่อน แล้วค่อยตัดสินใจว่าจะย้ายหรือเพิ่มห้องน้ำตรงไหน จะช่วยให้ได้แบบห้องน้ำสวยๆ ที่ทำได้จริง ไม่ต้องรื้อแก้หลายรอบ
