4️⃣ Then paint the first round of MAGIX Waterproof throughout the deck area and leave for an hour.
5️⃣ Install Fiber Mesh on the floor joint to the edge of the barrier (which is a leakage risk point) to help strengthen it, reduce the chance of cracking, and apply MAGIX Waterproof over again and leave for about 1 hour.
6️⃣ Close the work by applying the MAGIX Waterproof final round (cycle 3) to increase density and water protection efficiency, then leave to dry for 1 hour, then wait at least 24 hours to start accessing the area.
After completion, it can be seen that the surface looks smoother and the problem of water leakage on the deck. In conclusion, "deck repellent" is another way to solve the problem quite at the point. If it is not a very large area, the landlord can study the method and do it himself. But if it is a large area, there are a lot of cracks, or want to meet the standard of work that prolongs the long-term life, the use of a staff or a deck repellent specialist will help the work to finish, complete and be more confident.
