Chicken rigatoni pasta salad
2 chicken breast seasoned and pan seared rested and sliced
1 lb rigatoni pasta boiled drained and cooled in cold water
One large tomato diced
Half of both a yellow and red bell pepper thinly sliced
Half of a red onion thinly sliced
1/2 bottle of Parmesan Caesar dressing
1 bag of romaine lettuce
Parmesan cheese
After your rigatoni pasta is cooled combined together, the tomato bell pepper, onion, and Parmesan dressing into the pasta and combine well after combined add your lettuce toss it together, then lay your sliced chicken on top garnish with parsley flakes and grated Parmesan cheese and serve
