I’d tackle new concepts or challenging subjects, like memorizing anatomy notes for sacrum, coccyx, and ribs, using diagrams or making flashcards. This quiet, uninterrupted time allows for deep focus, which is crucial for absorbing new information. Don't forget to fuel up with a good breakfast to keep your brain sharp! Afternoon Study Routine (Before Work): Focused Power Sessions Once your morning study is done, you might have a few hours before your shift starts.
