Just gotta keep trying

Life can sometimes feel like trying to build with Legos that just won’t fit together the way you want — frustrating and disappointing. I’ve found that allowing yourself to feel those emotions fully is the first important step. When I face setbacks, acknowledging my sadness or frustration helps me process it instead of bottling it up. Inspired by the phrase "When life's Legos makes you sad, just keep trying," I try to approach challenges with patience and persistence. Much like a child learning to build a Lego masterpiece, sometimes it takes repeated attempts and adjustments before you succeed. Each failure or challenge is an opportunity to learn, strengthen, and improve. In my experience, keeping a growth mindset — where mistakes are viewed as part of the journey — makes it easier to persevere. Celebrating small wins along the way, even when progress seems slow, keeps motivation alive. Also, taking breaks when needed helps refresh your perspective. Sharing this mindset with others or reflecting on it daily reminds me that it’s okay to feel sad or frustrated but that continuing to try is what leads to growth and eventual success. So just like the 4-year-old’s advice: feel the sadness, accept the challenge, and then keep building.
