King Saul, thinking to himself, saying that he will give his daughter, Michal, to David to become a snare in his life, so that David might fall by the hands of the Philistines. After thinking this , Saul said to David, " Thou shalt this day be my son in law in the one of the twain." Then King Saul commanded his servant to commune with David secretly and convince him to become the king's son in law. And when, they did exactly what was commanded of them, David told Saul's servants that he does not take this manner lightly, especially since he is a poor man,and basically a nobody.
